Well, this should be easy :D These are in no particular order and I've added a link to the ones I've reviewed, so here we go!

1. Jurassic Park & The Lost World by Michael Crichton

-I seriously loved both books with a passion!

2. Gone Girl by Gillian Flynn

3. The Millennium Trilogy by Stieg Larsson

-The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo, The Girl Who Played with Fire, & The Girl Who Kicked the Hornet's Nest... I couldn't pick just one, I love all three books so much.

4. A Storm of Swords by George R.R. Martin

6.  Life of Pi by Yann Martel

7. The Book Thief by Markus Zusak

8. The Shunning by Beverly Lewis

-This, and the other books of the heritage of lancaster county series introduced me to Beverly Lewis' works, which I fully enjoy now :D
